Moontower Design & Build is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help support the marketing systems behind high-end custom residential projects. This role will focus primarily on social media support, content coordination, email campaign assistance, light design updates, and marketing organization, while also helping the sales team keep incoming leads and follow-up workflows organized.
The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator who enjoys content, design, organization, and digital marketing support. This person should be comfortable working with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, email platforms, and online collaboration systems. They will work closely with the internal team to help keep marketing activity consistent, organized, and connected to the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide digital marketing support, including social media coordination, Canva edits, email campaign assistance, and content organization
- Help create, organize, and update basic marketing materials, graphics, templates, and presentation pieces
- Assist with social media scheduling, captions, content calendars, and light engagement tracking
- Support email marketing efforts, including campaign organization, contact lists, templates, and follow-up workflows
- Help organize and improve future automated email campaigns and marketing follow-up sequences
- Review incoming marketing leads from website forms, emails, and digital campaigns
- Update JobTread with lead details, communication history, client information, and project information when needed
- Research client, project, and property details to help the team understand lead quality and project fit
- Assist with follow-up emails, basic client communication, and light customer service support as needed
- Help prepare lead or marketing information before discovery calls, sales meetings, or internal review
- Maintain accurate marketing data, lead reports, scorecards, and campaign tracking information
- Support weekly sales or marketing meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and creating tasks
- Use Google Sheets and other online tools to keep marketing and lead information organized and accessible
Qualifications
- Strong written English communication skills required
- Experience in digital marketing, social media coordination, content creation, marketing assistance, administrative support, or customer communication
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Sheets, email tools, online collaboration platforms, and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep marketing assets, lead information, and follow-up tasks organized
- Able to write clear, polished, and professional captions, emails, notes, and basic client-facing messages
- Experience with CRMs or project management/sales software; JobTread experience is a plus
- Comfortable supporting both marketing tasks and light sales coordination when needed
- Able to work independently while staying responsive to a remote team
- Available during Central Time business hours
- Experience in architecture, construction, interior design, real estate, home services, or design-driven brands is a plus
- Graphic design, content creation, or email marketing experience is a plus
- College or secondary education preferred
Pay and Benefits
- Remote independent contractor position
- Pay range: $10-$15 per hour. Compensation may vary based on marketing experience, writing ability, design/content skills, communication skills, and technical proficiency.
